What "Christ, Culture & Singapore" is about

Thank you for visiting this website! This website is in many ways an experiment, and is perhaps best described as my personal blog, but for multiple audiences. It is also me heeding the wise suggestion of my wife to collate my writing (despite its eclectic nature) in the same location, instead of spreading out across multiple platforms.

Here the kind of material I'm hoping to write here (and the audience I'm hoping to write to):

• Commentary on Singapore issues (for the general public in Singapore)

• Commentary on Singapore issues and more broadly cultural engagement (for the Christian layperson in Singapore)

• Resources for non-Christians who are interested to finding out more about Christianity

• Resources for young Christians who want to go deeper into their faith

• Resources for Christians who are interested in apologetics and/or cultural engagement in the Singapore context

• Book summaries and reviews (for anybody interested in those books)

• More technical thinking and writing on philosophical and theological issues (primarily for myself, but may be of benefit to other Christians)

• Reflections and responses to various products of pop culture (for anybody interested in those pop culture products)

• A depository of any future podcasts, videos or sermons done by me

I will also archive a selection of my past writing on this website.
